THE VOLUNTEER TRAINING PROGRAM .

Where: Brite Academy’s Premise Bonduma Gate Buea

Purpose
The purpose for this training program for volunteers is to develop in them the right Mindset Skill set and Toolset to enable them stand out in the 21st century job market.
Outcome of the Program
At the end of the workshop, participant will:
- Gain skills not taught in school.
- Mentorships.
- Certification.
- Network.
Program Sustainability
The program will run for 6weeks (3weeks for theory training and 3 weeks of practice training).
BAI trains these volunteers for 3 weeks and they serve BAI for the 3weeks.
Participants will be tested based on attendance, attitude and abilities to take on initiatives.
There will be 3 sessions every week. two sessions onsite and one session via zoom. Each session will run for 2 hours.
