1. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Masters or bachelor’s degree with min 3-5 years of experience.
· Should have founder experience or should have at least been an early team member in a startup
· Possess startup DNA and Experience of working with entrepreneurs, startups, incubator, or incubation consultancy
· Possess skills required to manage Incubator/Incubate relationships including structural and operational procedures
· Strong entrepreneurial experience, preferably having started or run a business.
· Requisite network in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
· Evidence of strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills.
· Active involvement in agriculture technology start-up and/or other activities supporting the development of startup innovation ecosystems.
2. DESIRABLE SKILLS:
· Have an interest or prior experience in the cleantech / sustainability industry.
· Have previous experience with member-based organizations, with interest in membership engagement, and possess excellent customer service skills.
· Experience in administration and financial systems, financial reporting & analysis.
· Possess staff and/or volunteer management experience, with ability to work autonomously or in a small team.
· Sound computer skills in Google Drive, Docs and Sheets. Experience with IT would be advantageous.
· Demonstrated communications experience including social media management and experience in developing aesthetic digital marketing material.
· Demonstrated experience with sponsorship, fundraising, grant writing and applications.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and ability to take ownership and be accountable for work produced.
· Possess excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize complex and changing tasks, and strong attention to detail.
· Salary package to be negotiated dependent on experience.

Job Title: IELTS/TOEFL TRAINER
Number: One (1) Department: Training Reporting To: Training Officer
Location: Buea- Cameroon Start Date: Immediately
Job Responsibilities:
- Teaching IELTS/ TOEFL
- Making teaching plans for the IELTS/ TOEFL Program.
- Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.
- Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
- Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.
- Attend walk-ins and telephonic queries for IELTS & PTE.
- Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records. Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum BSc/BA degree in any field
- Proven experience as an IELTS/TOEFL tutor will be an added advantage.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
- Support the marketing head in overseeing the department’s operations
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Identify leads that will generate revenue
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

- BSc/BA in marketing, or any other related field
- Proven experience as marketer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Good understanding of market research techniques

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
As a business development assistant, you’ll need to:
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Writing business proposals QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidates should display the following qualities, skills, and experience:
- A university degree in business development, economics, finance, marketing, management or related fields.
- Experience in a related field or similar role
- Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, strong analytics, creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and communication skills

Prepare precise data entry as well as formulate, draft and type and prepare letters, memos and other documentations
Prepare financial statements and have mastery of the tax system
Deposit funds in bank and prepare book journals affiliated with such entries
Organize meetings and communicate with staff about upcoming meetings – A minimum of first degree in Accounting, Social sciences or any related field.
Previous work experience in similar role will be an advantage.
2. Innovation Hub Assistant Volunteer 1 – Assist in marketing
– Prepare and write reports
-Be able to plan and organize events – Background in Entrepreneurship, Human Resource management, Business Management or any related social science field
3. Communications and digital Marketing Assistant Volunteer 1 – Assist in the execution of communications strategies.
– Help in researching, writing and editing content for distribution both online and offline -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field
-Previous work experience as a Communications Assistant, Communication specialist or similar role.
-Knowledge of media relations and digital media strategies.
