𝗙𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗽 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴

Is it ok to dream? YES! When you dream of owning a multi-million organization someday; what do you do about it?

It is true that dreaming big gives you a sense of accomplishment, but you should know that taking action will give you a better chance of accomplishing what you want. skater Jimmy McElroy once said “𝑰𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝒊𝒕, 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒅𝒐 𝒊𝒕.”

The 5 steps to bridging the gap between your dreams and your actions are:

𝟭. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆. Taking one concrete action towards your goals—no matter how small—is necessary. Thinking about it doesn’t count, you need a physical action, even the action of writing about it in your journal.

𝟮. 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺. Commit. Find at least one person whom you trust to both encourage and keep you accountable. Choose someone who will be compassionately honest with you and believes in you.

𝟯. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲. Write it down and put it where you see it often. It is a tangible reminder of where you are headed. This will help you have clarity of focus in a way that just thinking about your ideas cannot.

𝟰. 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲. If you spend time grasping at every new shiny idea that comes along, you accomplish nothing. If you let it go, and it keeps coming back…then maybe it’s time to revisit or adjust your big goals.

𝟱. 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗽. There are days, when it seems like even your best idea is a million mile from being attainable. Keep going until you achieve your goals.

Don’t ever let someone tell you that you can’t do something. Master these steps, strengthen your determination, your courage and focus. Ensure you make that dream a reality.
